It’s early in the morning and you can’t seem to get yourself out of bed. You press snooze on the alarm clock. Then you press it again. You find yourself tired the rest of the day, wishing you had the determination to get out of bed and spend those thirty minutes this morning giving your body the movement and energy it needs. You ask yourself, “How can I break the habit? Why can’t I just get out of bed?”
