Foreigner is a British-American rock band, formed in New York City in 1976.

When formed the following were its band members. . .
Mick Jones โ€“ lead and rhythm guitars, keyboards, backing and lead vocals (1976โ€“present)
Ian McDonald - rhythm and lead guitars, keyboards, saxophone, flute, backing vocals (1976โ€“1980; occasional special guest, 2017, 2018 and 2019)
Dennis Elliott - drums, percussion, occasional backing vocals (1976โ€“1993, 1991โ€“93; occasional special guest, 2017 and 2018)
Lou Gramm - lead vocals, percussion (1976โ€“1990, 1992โ€“2003; occasional special guest, 2017 and 2018)
Al Greenwood - keyboards, synthesizers (1976โ€“1980; occasional special guest 2017, 2018 and 2019)
Ed Gagliardi - bass, backing vocals (1976โ€“1979; died 2014)

The band was named FOREIGNER as Mick Jones, Ian McDonald and Dennis Elliott were British, whereas Lou Gramm, Al Greenwood and Ed Gagliardi were American.

Few of it's songs that are my favourite. . .
"I wanna know what love Is"

"Juke Box Hero"

"Waiting For A Girl Like You"
